Yo-yo ing




I´m a walking dissapointment, all I do is eat and it´s killing me. I´ve put on 4kg,4!!!!!!
I know I´ll lose them but I wish I´d never binge again so I won´t gain them back, It´s exhausting losing and gaining, losing and gaining. I´m starting to wonder if I´ll stay fat and ugly all my life......I feel disgusting, correction, I AM disgusting. I wanted to be 57 for my brother´s birthday and now I only have a week, it´s impossible, fuck me.

Short and pointless post, I know, tomorrow I´ll make a proper one, now I have to go to the gym.

  1. I know what you mean! My scale has been acting crazy for me and I'm getting so discouraged. :(
    I think I've gained 1.8 lbs but I'm not sure. I'll have to wait until tomorrow's weigh-in to find out the damage.

    Let's both get right back on track and hope for a good rest of the week!

  2. I am sorry hun. Hope it will be easy to lose those 4 kg and more for you! Why is it so easy for the stupid kilograms to hop on us and so hard for us to lose them???

  5. Same problem homie.
    These binges are coming at extremely annoying times, when I wouldn't have felt like food the whole day but suddenly I do.

    Pity about the weight gain, but hopefully it'll be one of those ghost weight changes and it goes away after a couple of days? Maybe haha

  6. Hey darling, it's okay. I promise! Everything will get better soon. You could do a fast if you want? Fasting for a couple days is great, and you can lose up to 3kgs, probably even 4 kgs. Depending on how well you do I suppose, and your exercise. But just hang in there lovely.
